Restoring Virtue was born from lived experience. Our founders know what it means to carry the weight of a record, to love someone the world gave up on, and to fight for a future few believe is deserve.
This organization was created by and for justice-impacted individuals—because no one understands the system like those who’ve lived through it. We're here to speak for ourselves.
Our Purpose
We exist to rewrite the story of what’s possible for justice-impacted people. Instead of being defined by their past, they launch their dream—and own it.
Our Focus
We focus exclusively on investing in businesses started and run by felons. We provide startup capital, professional support, and advocacy to give people the tools they need to build something real and lasting.

We are committed to equity, dignity, and impact. Every dollar we raise is reinvested into people who’ve been locked out of opportunity for far too long. Our actions showcase our commitment.

Our Goal
To fund, mentor, and launch at least 100 businesses run by felons by the year 2030, while building a national network of allies and partners who believe in restoration over rejection.
Our Objective
Lay the legal and financial foundation for a fully operational 501(c)(3) nonprofit, generate consistent funding streams, and grow our team of advisors, donors, and premium members to scale our mission.

Alyssa is the driving force behind Restoring Virtue. She leads daily operations, outreach, fundraising, and strategy—focused on creating opportunities for justice-impacted individuals. Her leadership is rooted in tech start ups, lived experience, and a deep commitment to change.

Steve is a follower of Christ. He is a father of three, passionate advocate, and a believer in self help. He serves as a visible testement for the mission of Restoring Virtue.
