Donations go directly toward the work of building second chances.
All staff are volunteer until we reach viability and are funding others.
Funds are used to provide seed money to felon-led businesses, develop mentorship opportunities, and support individuals still facing legal or economic barriers due to their records.
We also invest in advocacy—like filing motions and funding legal battles to change the most harmful laws. We will shift public perception and influence policies. Every dollar helps us build something stronger, more sustainable, and more equitable.
